Bench and Banquette Seating

Note : A bench seat normally means seats only. Banquettes are seats and backs as one unit.

The Upholstery Studio Sydney can make any type of bench or banquette seating. Straight benches, straight banquette, curved banquette, fluted backs, button back etc. We have completed seating projects in many restaurants, bars and office spaces. We understand the requirements of these commercial spaces.

Banquette seating is becoming more and more popular in homes. On these residential jobs we like to work closely with the client to make their seating happen. We can work directly with your own architects or builders to make framework, or we can tap into our own network of frame makers. We are happy to advise on what covers are best. Leather, fabric and vinyl all have their place and can be suited to your requirements. we have many wholesale leather and fabric suppliers we often use to help supply exactly the cover you're looking for.

The type of foam used is important to the feel and durability of your project. We know how to select foam that fulfills client expectation. Commercial upholstery normally requires firm foams that meet the industry regulations. Some companies attempt to save money by using substandard form. The upholstery studio will not do this.
